A Record (rick-cored) is to put a document into the official records of the county at the office of the recorder also called the recorder of deeds. This process will assign a number to the record along with a date and time. The record is then digitalized

This official process is for documents like deeds, mortgage, deed of trust, easement, judgment, lien, title. the purpose of these records is to establish a traceable chain of title or ownership. Record legitimacy can be based on age of the record or additional legal validation sources.
